ODM are delighted to be working with Bulb on a brand new customer acquisition project. Bulb are currently the fastest growing energy provider in the UK with approaching 1.5m members. They are shaking up the domestic energy market with their 'simpler, cheaper, greener' approach to providing affordable and renewable energy (100% renewable electricity and 100% carbon neutral gas).
What are we looking for
We are currently looking for full time sales people who can work five days a week in the following postcode areas:
Scotland (central belt) postcodes including: PA, G, ML, EH
Yorkshire postcodes including: YO, HU, DN, LS, BD, HX, HG, S, HD, WF
East Midlands postcodes including: LE, NG, DE
West Midlands postcodes including: B, CV, DY, WS, WV, WR
North East postcodes including: NE, DH, SR, TS, DL
You will be working in a variety of high footfall retail loactions including Tesco and Morrisons stores, which will change week to week. Your role will be to engage with members of the public about Bulb, their energy usage and how much they are paying with their current supplier. You will promote the Bulb brand demonstrating the value for money, potential cost savings and Bulb's green credentials by completing a simple on-line quote. If the customer is interested you will help complete their switch on a tablet or you'll provide information so that the customer can complete a switch later.
The basic salary starts at £20,500 per annum plus bonus based on an 8 hour shift (including an hour’s break) with a realistic OTE of £33,500.
Hours of work will typically be between 9am and 7pm across seven days per week.
You will receive 20 days’ holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays, pro-rata.
Pension scheme participation.
A contribution is made to travel costs.
You will be expected to work at least 2 weekend days per month.
You will report to a Team Leader or Regional Manager who is there to support and coach you to bring the best out of you.
You will be attend two days’ training with Bulb and ODM to prepare you for your new role. You will be provided with a uniform and all equipment required to be successful in the role.
