ODM are delighted to be supporting Tameside Metropolitan Council raising awareness of their One You campaign, a Public Health England Initiative. The campaign encourages people to reappraise their lifestyle choices, put themselves first and do something about their own health. It reminds people that it's never too late to improve their health, making small lifestyle changes such as eating well, drinking less alcohol, quitting smoking or being more active can double your chances of being healthy at 70 and beyond.
Running a small roadshow within Tameside, we are speaking to the public encouraging them to complete the One You quiz then identifying if there are lifestyle changes they would like to make, if appropriate we then walk them through the download of the relevant One You support apps.
"The activity with ODM to promote the campaign 'One You' with the residents of Tameside has got off to a flying start. The staff are so enthusuastic and genuinely care about health and wellbeing of others as well as being professional at all times. I look forward to continue working with ODM to promote One You."
