ODM are delighted to have won two awards at the 2016 Field Marketing and Brand Experience Awards at Troxy for our work with Virgin Atlantic.
Firstly, we won silver in a very strong field for ‘Outsourced Sales Performance of the Year’ for the ‘Flying Club Executive programme’ that we run for Virgin Atlantic in their Clubhouses at Heathrow and Gatwick. ODM has worked with Virgin Atlantic since July 2015 building a high quality, high performing team of Flying Club specialists who are based in the Clubhouses where they engage with Virgin Atlantic’s most important passengers. The role is a delicate balance between customer service and presenting products/services that can enhance guest engagement and their overall experience with the Virgin Atlantic brand.
And secondly, Karen Williams won bronze in the Brand Ambassador of the Year which is a fantastic achievement given the many tens of thousands who work in the industry. Karen is our top performing Flying Club Executives for Virgin Atlantic based at the Gatwick Clubhouse.
