Client: Sainsbury's Bank

Project: Cards In Store (CIS)

Objectives: To raise awareness of Sainsbury's Bank to Sainsbury's customers in store. To acquire new Nectar Credit Card customers for Sainsbury's Bank and deliver performance targets whilst ensuring FCA compliance and delivering a positive customer experience.

Scope: Approximately 175 staff placed in approximately 80 stores each week across the UK, deploying over 26,000 sales days in store per year. Over 500 stores covered nationwide on a rotational basis.

Results: Three consecutive years of achieving client objectives with continuous improvement in key compliance measures as well as other KPIs. Successful delivery of a sustainable in store channel for the Bank. Two major industry awards for ODM in the last two years for our work with Sainsbury's Bank.
