2016 Field Marketing & Brand Experience Awards
ODM are delighted to have won two awards at the 2016 Field Marketing and Brand Experience Awards at Troxy for our work with Virgin Atlantic.
Firstly, we won silver in a very strong field for ‘Outsourced Sales Performance of the Year’ for the ‘Flying Club Executive programme’ that we run for Virgin Atlantic in their Clubhouses at Heathrow and Gatwick. ODM has worked with Virgin Atlantic since July 2015 building a high quality, high performing team of Flying Club specialists who are based in the Clubhouses where they engage with Virgin Atlantic’s most important passengers. The role is a delicate balance between customer service and presenting products/services that can enhance guest engagement and their overall experience with the Virgin Atlantic brand.
And secondly, Karen Williams won bronze in the Brand Ambassador of the Year which is a fantastic achievement given the many tens of thousands who work in the industry. Karen is our top performing Flying Club Executives for Virgin Atlantic based at the Gatwick Clubhouse.

2013 Field Marketing & Brand Experience Awards
Paula Woods won the ‘Brand Ambassador of the Year’ category amid fierce competition at the 2013 Field Marketing & Brand Experience Awards. Paula who was proposed by ODM is a longstanding employee and is currently a Team Manager based in Liverpool.

Silver Award winners for the ‘Best Outsourced Sales Performance’ at the 2012 Field Marketing Awards for CIS with Sainsbury’s Bank.
ODM was named as one of three runners up in Marketing magazine’s ‘Field Marketing Agency of the Year’ - Dec 2009.
In 2006 ODM won Silver with the Post Office for a huge acquisition programme for their home phone service executed in their branches.
At the annual Watford & North West London Business Awards in July 2006 ODM was a ‘highly commended’ finalist in the category ‘Success through People’
Gold winner at the inaugural Field Marketing & Brand Experience Awards in 2005 for ‘Most Effective Direct Sales Activity’ also with American Express.
Silver winner at the 2004 DMA Awards for its customer acquisition and experiential event with American Express at the 2004 Motor Show Live.
